Cabernet Sauvignon (2024) Red

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a single parcel - "Finca Perico" from Paraje Altamira in Mendoza, Argentina, at 1,100M (3,609 feet). Alluvial rocky soil, with calcium carbonate and vines are 25+ years of age.

Hand harvested, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, for 21 days. 100% malolactic fermentation. Aged in concrete and used barrels until the next harvest.

Bottles unfined and unfiltered.
