Tempranillo is referred to as ull de llebre in Cataluña which means, eye of the hare. funny enough, Massimo of Partida Creus has eyes but no hair. he and his partner antonella (yes, they’re italian) have been making wine in the Baix Penedes region for about 20 years, focusing on native grape varieties and natural wine made without additives of any kind. put bluntly, they put the ability in drinkability.
