Co-fermentation of Italia (aka Moscatel de Alejandría) & Mollar (aka Negramoll), harvested by hand with 20 days of skin maceration in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. Aging in a stainless steel tank. Unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2 on this cuvée too.
