Pet Nat Italia Peru Sparkling (2021)

Pétillant-naturel from hand-picked Peruvian Pisco grapes (in this case 100% Italia, related to Muscat). Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts carried out in a stainless steel tank. Bottled shortly before the end of the first fermentation, unfined, unfiltered and zero/zero.
Intense, bright yellow hue, slightly cloudy, and fresh, fine little bubbles. Quite aromatic on the nose (from the Italia grape), with a lot of white fruit and floral flavors.
