Pétillant-naturel from hand-picked Peruvian Pisco grapes (in this case 100% Mollar). Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts carried out in a stainless steel tank. Bottled shortly before the end of the first fermentation, unfined, unfiltered and zero/zero.
