Sofia L`Orange Valle de Pisco White (2021)

A blend of 85% Quebranta & 15% Mollar with extended skin contact for 30 days, fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel tank for a few short months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero/zero. In 2021 the production was 4,740 bottles. Orange with cherry reflections, notes of apple, passion fruit, and spices. Dry, medium-bodied with slight tannin and acidity, but balanced. Saline and long on the finish. 11.5% abv.
