Alejandria White (2021)

100% Alejandría, hand harvested. Skin maceration for 16 days. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless tanks and aged in tank and concrete eggs. Unfined, unfiltered, zero/zero. Annual production is 950 bottles.
Hue is pale yellow. On the nose and mouth, notes of yellow flowers are present; citrus notes such as ripe passion fruit, as well as lemon zest, lemon verbena and lemon balm, and mineral notes.
