100% Semillón from Paraje Altamira region of Mendoza, Argentina. Alluvial soil rocky, with calcium carbonate and vines are around 10+ years of age.

Manual harvest. Whole cluster press with skin contact on juice for 24 hours. Indigenous yeast fermentation. In used French oak barrels for 10 months.

Bottles unfined, unfiltered.
