Italia White (2020)

Vinification of Moscatel de Alejandría, grown and harvested by hand in the Pisco Valley. 18 days of skin maceration. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by a short aging period in the same tanks before being bottled, unfiltered.
