You could say Roberto Rodriguez is a gourmand turned vigneron. Owner of two specialty food shops in Ourense as well as a wine shop and distribution, he knows a thing or two about Galician wine and food.

Roberto's meticulous attention to detail ensures the best quality, but he also pushes boundaries of sustainable farming and experiments with varietals and techniques. His wines are a true reflection of his personality - friendly, creative, and undeniably unforgettable. Made in tiny quantities from native Galician grapes like Mencía, they’re pure, expressive, and deeply rooted in the wild beauty of Ribeira Sacra.
