Adega Entre Cantos: minimal intervention wines from Ribeira Sacra in Galicia (Spain).

You could say Roberto Rodriguez is a gourmand turned vigneron. Owner of two specialty food shops in Ourense as well as a wine shop and distribution, he knows a thing or two about Galician wine and food.

His passion project, Adega Entre Cantos, takes its name from the Portuguese word "adega," which means cellar, and "entre cantos," which translates to "between songs." This name embodies the spirit of the winery, where the harmonious combination of nature, craftsmanship, and Roberto's expertise results in wines that sing with flavor and character.

Roberto's meticulous attention to detail ensures the best quality, but he's also very creative, constantly pushing the boundaries of sustainable farming practices, natural winemaking, and experimenting with varietals and techniques.

His wines are a true reflection of his personality - friendly, creative, and undeniably unforgettable. Made in tiny quantities from native Galician grapes like Mencía, they’re pure, expressive, and deeply rooted in the wild beauty of Ribeira Sacra.
