Can Ràfols dels Caus: a pioneering winery in the rocky hills of the Massís del Garraf, just outside Barcelona (Spain).

Founded in the late 1970s by architect-turned-winemaker Carlos Esteva, this bold project transformed a crumbling farmhouse into a space where nature, design, and wine are deeply intertwined.

The estate is organically farmed and built directly into the limestone mountainside, with a philosophy centered on making wines that reflect their dramatic surroundings. Fermented with native yeasts and crafted with minimal intervention, these are wines of precision, texture, and a true sense of place.
